Visiting Our Laundromat
We have two convenient locations: one on Allisonville Road in Indianapolis and one on West Broadway in McCordsville. You can find the specific addresses on our Locations page.
Both of our locations are open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM, seven days a week.
To ensure you have enough time to dry and fold, our last wash is at 8:00 PM daily.
Yes! Both locations offer plenty of free, well-lit parking right in front of our doors for easy loading and unloading.
Absolutely. We have high-capacity, industrial-grade washers and dryers specifically designed to handle bulky items like king-sized comforters, rugs like Ruggables(s), and multi-load bundles.
We use a convenient, cashless card system. You can easily load your laundry card at our on-site kiosks using cash or credit/debit cards. You can also use Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Our pricing varies by machine size. We invite you to stop by either of our stores to see our current rates and choose the best machine for your needs.
Please call or visit the location where you did your laundry as soon as possible. We do our best to hold onto lost items for a short period, but we cannot be responsible for items left unattended.
Professional Wash & Fold
You can drop off your laundry any time between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Once your order is ready, you can pick it up during those same business hours.
We charge a flat rate per pound. We do have a 10lb minimum for our wash and fold services.
Great question! You only pay for the clean and dry weight of your laundry. Since dirty or damp laundry weighs more, this ensures you are getting the most fair price.
Yes! Whether it’s a specific detergent preference or a "hang-dry only" item, just let our staff know when you drop off your clothes, and we will note it on your order.
By default, we professionally fold and stack your items. However, if you would like specific items (like collared shirts or dresses) returned on hangers, just let us know!
We will happily hold your completed order for up to 30 days. If an order remains unclaimed after 30 days, we donate the items to a local charity.
Yes, our wash and fold service can wash your Ruggables and other machine-washable rugs.
Doorstep Laundry Service
Our drivers are on the road throughout the week. You can see available time slots for your specific zip code by clicking the Schedule a Pickup buttons throughout the site.
The easiest way is to schedule online through our website. Just enter your info, choose your time, and we’ll handle the rest.
No problem! Just leave a note when scheduling your order describing exactly where our driver can find your laundry (e.g., "front porch" or "behind the planter"). We will leave your clean laundry in that same spot.
For liability and safety reasons, our drivers are not permitted to enter private homes, garages, or gated backyards. Please ensure your laundry is left in an accessible, exterior location.
We use the credit or debit card you enter securely into our system when you schedule your order online.
Your card is only charged once the order is completed, weighed, and delivered back to you.
If it is raining or the weather is unsafe, please call us as soon as possible to rearrange your pickup or delivery time. We want to ensure your clean clothes stay dry!
Yes! You can easily pause or adjust your recurring schedule through your online account or by giving us a call.
To cover our driver's time and fuel, there is a $10 missed pickup fee if our driver arrives and the laundry is not available as scheduled.
We suggest putting your laundry in a laundry bag or a secure trash bag that can be cinched closed.
Our Quality Commitment
We take extreme care with every item. If you believe something is missing or damaged, please contact us directly to submit a claim. We handle these on a case-by-case basis through a thorough investigation.
Royal Laundry Service is not responsible for losses or damages that occur before our driver picks up the order or after the order has been delivered to your designated spot.
Yes. For safety and sanitary reasons, we cannot accept items soiled with flammable liquids, blood, or feces.
We accept almost anything that is machine-washable. If an item requires dry cleaning or special hand-washing, we recommend taking it to a specialized cleaner.
